CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are up to an hour and a half long.
Please wear clothes that are not black or (if meeting in a room with white walls) white.
They should also be as form-fitting as you are comfortable with, so that I may assess your posture. If you are comfortable with your shirt off, that's best.
Find a private, quiet, well-lit space that's large enough to move your body in.
It will be best if we can meet on a laptop or desktop, as well as your tablet or phone
(so I can see you from 2 vantage points).
If you have a lacrosse ball, tennis ball, and/or foam roller, please have them.
Also, if you have any resistance bands and/or sticks (hiking sticks, a broom, a mop, a paint pole, or anything like that), two would be ideal; one would be sufficient.
Please take and send 4 posture photos before we meet.
You can find examples below.
The camera should be at the height of your abdomen, and the wall behind you should be plain so as not to obscure my view.
I would like to see your head, as well as your bare feet on the floor.
The lighting should be in front of you, not behind or directly above you, so as to avoid shadows.
If you have x-rays or any other such documentation, send it to me as soon as possible.
